You choose to buy a house in the metro Atlanta area and you want representation from an Agent.  You call me and we go "house shopping".  You get my expertise, experience and negotiation skills and the Seller pays my commission.

DON'T MISUNDERSTAND the procedure!  If you think that by NOT having an Agent you will be able to get the house for less, you may be mistaken.  The Seller has signed a contract with his Agent and if the Buyer comes without an Agent, the Seller's Agent get ALL the commission.  With her experience and knowledge and your lack of representation, you may find yourself paying more than less for the property.  As your Agent, I will be watching out for you and your best interest every step of the way.
